224 heating points for the homeless are routinely opened as winter sets in. One of these points was opened in the lodging and rehabilitation shelter for the poor at Chulkovka. As the day goes on, all habitants are leaving: some persons – to work, some – to hospital, some – in unknown direction. But in the evening all of them return to have guaranteed hot meal and stay overnight. Frankly speaking, the State appropriates insufficient funds for the shelters. This money is hardly enough to buy tea for the habitants. And philanthropists bring the rest of necessary stuff.
