World Health Day
The World celebrates World Health Day on 7th of April. The main goal of this campaign – is to attract attention of people to their own health and health of surrounding persons, to problems in the field of health care.
World Health Day was also celebrated in day center “Stephania”. More than 50 persons turn to our doctors for help. There are the homeless, disabled people and pensioners among them. All those persons who cannot pay for medical aid or consultations in city clinics.
We have been providing medical aid to all disadvantaged persons for 14 years. Our employees face the following medical cases most of all: gastrointestinal tract diseases, epilepsy, chest cold, streptoderma, fungus, chronic diseases’ distress and allergy. People with infected wounds come very often as well. We render assistance absolutely free!
But every wound dressing costs 5 hryvnias for the Fund.
Medicines for cold treatment cost 15 hryvnias.
Our medical center functions through donations of the philanthropists. We are saving lives and health of more than two thousands Kyivans every month thanks to help of benefactors!
