Charitable activity in favor of Ukrainian army will exempt from taxation

Rendering of charitable assistance will help to be exempt from taxes. The corresponding Act was signed by Petr Poroshenko.

According to the press-service of President of Ukraine, all persons who rendered charity assistance to the army, will be exempt from personal income tax. "The Act №1668-VII on introduction of changes into the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning charity assistance tax question", temporarily, during ATO, exempts all ATO charity assistance  from personal income tax" - the President's press-service says. It should be noted that it is not referred to all income. Only amount, donater in favor of Ukrainian Army will be free of taxes. 

THe Act, approved by President,  will also control  drawing a Register of Volunteers, rendering assistance to the army.
