A single mother, who escaped from Donetsk with her newborn girl, wrote a letter to us, asking for help. Here is an extract from her letter:
“Please, don’t think that I am irresponsible mother. I am working citizen of my country, loving mother and a jobholder ”.
I was preparing to the birth of my child, I bought baby carriage, a playpen, bed linen, bath, summer and winter things, kid stuff, saved some money for hospital where I was going to give birth.
But I was not ready at all to all this nightmare that followed and that I had to:
- Leave my native house on expedite basis, at 35th week of pregnancy;
- Give birth in new town, new hospital and consulting with new doctor;
- Live in a new rented apartment, in other town, when I have my own one.
Now I live without earned money because I have not paid my salary for more than half a year.
I also didn’t’t receive sick pay.
I bought everything for my baby except diapers and some household goods, thinking I would buy them in future. But I couldn’t expect war in Donbass.
Dear friends! You can deliver the diapers. We will give the diapers to Maria and provide you with photo report about this charitable event.

Don’t be indifferent to children! There is no their guilt in this war!
