Support of the homeless in the period of frost

Day help center “Stephania” furthered support of the homeless in the period of hard frost.

Day help center “Stephania” operates 7 days a week. Center’s services (more than twenty ones) are provided from 8.30 a.m, but the security of the center let people into the territory at 8.00 to give them enough time to leave their things in a check-room , visit a bathroom, have a wash. To ease the staying of people on the frost during this 30 minutes, the center’s administration desided to distribute hot tea to all visitors. From now on a person, coming at the territory of the center and leaving the things in a check-room, can warm up with hot tea and communicating with the friends or familiars. Waiting time thus will pass faster and warmer.

The main services of our center include:

a shower, a laundry, first medical aid, a barbershop, a distribution of clothes, a library, a common room, a renewal of documents, a legal consultation, a shoe-repair shop, a heating point. Besides there is also art-studio in here, where the homeless paint, and best pictures are always placed on the art-studio walls. Everyone can come here and admire them.

To provide so many services a constant support is required. So, please, don’t stand aside! Provide  projects of the Fund with a financial support:
