Kyivans will be able to donate the clothing to Kyiv’s homeless.

Charity organizations began to collect clothing for Kyiv’s homeless. Each Kyivan can pass any old and unnecessary unit of his wardrobe to the special turn-in point – the bank of humanitarian clothing From the 1^st of March. A Special vehicle will arrive to those, who cannot deliver the clothes personally. It was announced today by Artem Makeev, the President of Ukrainian Charity Fund “Social partnership”.

Each of us can be a benefactor, help people in need to one’s abilities. And, in fact, it is not about financial support only.  “Each of us has a mass of things of naught. Our wardrobes are full of clothes that we don’t put on , and we will never do anymore. We appeal to you to join this Program, because, as a matter of fact, lives of many people depend on your participation and compassion” – assured the President of the Charity Fund “Social partnership”.

There are many people on Kyiv streets, for which such clothing is a necessity, because this is their chance not to fall sick when it rains and, simply, a chance to get warm and overcome the cold seasons.

Right now we are forming a stock of warm clothes for the next cold season. I ask all the Kyivans to join this important process. By donating your old clothes you are saving human lives. We called this Program “Kyivans for Kyivans” – remarked Artem Makeev.

Collecting of clothes is carried out in the Charity Center “Stephania”. There is also functioning telephone line 0931428457, by which one can receive relevant information, concerning the donation of clothes, or ask for clothes.
